Halle Bailey has become one of the biggest young stars in Hollywood. Halle rose to fame as one half of the Chloe x Halle singing group, with her sister Chloe Bailey. Beyonce became their mentor and they released their debut album in 2018, receiving two Grammy noms. Their second album, Ungodly Hour, was released in 2020, earning three Grammy noms. The sisters also starred in the ABC sitcom ‘Grown-ish.’
Halle was cast in Disney’s live-action remake of ‘The Little Mermaid’, which has done wonders for her career. She’s the first Black woman to play Ariel. Halle stars in the movie with Melissa McCarthy, Jonah Hauer-King, Daveed Diggs, Awkwafina, and Jacob Tremblay.
