Gwyneth Paltrow: Then & Now — Gwyneth Paltrow, born Sep. 27, 1972, is really an icon. She went from a fresh-faced young actress, to an Oscar-winner, and then a bona-fide boss with her lifestyle brand Goop. She was raised amid Hollywood glitz and glamour, as the daughter of actress Blythe Danner and film producer-director Bruce Paltrow.

She earned attention early on for her work in films like as Seven (1995), Emma (1996), Sliding Doors (1998), and A Perfect Murder (1998). She leveled up once more with an Oscar-winning role in 1998’s Shakespeare in Love. Big roles like The Talented Mr. Ripley (1999), The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), Shallow Hal (2001), and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (2004).

After having children, Gwyneth branched out from acting. She founded the lifestyle brand Goop in 2008 and has also written several cookbooks. She still appears on screen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and has had roles on husband Brad Falchuck’s shows Glee.
