Greta Thunberg at the Global Strike for Climate Change — Greta Thunberg, 16, is an international Climate Change activist who has addressed the United Nations at their Climate Summit on September 23, submitted research to the American Congress and has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. The activist, who is originally form Sweden, laid out an incendiary indictment to the United Nations on September 23, asking them to do more for the world’s children as their future hangs in the balance. Along with 15 other international children, Greta signed a complaint filed with the United Nations alleging that due to their mishandling of Climate Change legislation, five global economies had affected the human rights of Greta and her contemporaries. Greta also spoke at the Global Strike for Climate Change in New York City, joined by other high-profile names like Jaden and Willow Smith who lent their support. Greta is considered one of most dominant and youngest voices in the fight again Global Warming.
