Francesca Reale stopped by HollywoodLife’s New York City portrait studio. Francesca plays Heather, a new lifeguard at the Hawkins community pool, in the highly-anticipated third season of ‘Stranger Things.’ The new season drops all 8 episodes on July 4. Francesca co-stars alongside Dacre Montgomery, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Joe Keery, and more. Francesca told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY that she initially auditioned for the season 3 role of Robin, who is played by Maya Hawke. When she auditioned for Heather, the scene she filmed for her audition video was the iconic Drew Barrymore scene from the hit horror film ‘Scream.’ Prior to ‘Stranger Things,’ Francesca played Emily in the Netflix series ‘Haters Back Off.’ She grew up in Los Angeles and received a BFA in Acting at New York University.
