The star had her breakthrough role was in the 1982 film Diner and appeared in classics like ‘The Big Easy’ (1986), ‘Bad Company’ (1995), ‘Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas’ (1998), and ‘Ocean’s Thirteen’ (2007). She earned a Golden Globe nom for 1991’s ‘Switch’, in 1998 won an Emmy, and in 2011 she took home a Tony.

In 2022, Ellen took the stand in the much-publicized Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard trial. She accused Johnny of being ‘jealous’ and ‘controlling’ during their reported relationship.
