David Beckham is best known as a former professional soccer player for England. Born in England in 1975, Beckham is one of the most celebrated professional football players (aka “soccer” to the Americans) in the world.

He’s the first English player to win league titles in not one, but four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France. Throughout his career, he played for major European football clubs including Manchester United, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Milan and the English national team (to name a few). His career lasted 20 years, and he won 19 major trophies. Beckham retired in May 2013.

Beckham retired in May 2013, and he’s now the current co-owner of Inter Miami CF and Salford City. He married to the legendary Victoria Adams, aka ‘Posh’ from the Spice Girls, in 1999, and they have four gorgeous children together. The Beckhams remain happily married to this day, and Victoria continues to be one of the luckiest women on the planet getting to look at David day after day: we’re SO jealous!
