The daughter of ‘Dr. Oz’ host, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Daphne Oz is a TV chef, foodie and author in her own right. The Philadelphia native was one of five co-hosts of the ABC daytime show, ‘The Chew’ before she left after six seasons in 2017. Daphne is also a New York Times bestselling author whose books include ‘Relish: An Adventure in Food, Style and Everyday Fun,’ and ‘The Happy Cook: 125 Recipes for Eating Every Day Like It’s the Weekend.”
In August 2010 she married Jovanovic Dimitric, whom she met when they were at Princeton University. As of February 2021, the couple has four children together – Philomena Bijou, Jovan Jr., Domenica Celine and Giovanna, who is nicknamed Gigi.
A body positive advocate, Daphne is also a WW ambassador and a big fan of the program formerly known as Weight Watchers. In May 2020 she told her Instagram fans that she had lost nearly 50 pounds in the nine months since she gave birth to her daughter Gigi.
