Chris is best known for competing on the reality singing competition television show, ‘American Idol.’ He formed his band, Daughtry, after appearing on the fifth season of the show and has been successful in the music industry. His band’s debut album became the fastest selling debut rock album in Nielsen SoundScan history.

He’s known as the third most successful artist to come out of ‘American Idol’ behind Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood and has even been nominated for a Grammy Award. He has collaborated with a plethora of other high-profile artists such as Slash, Sevendust, Theory of a Deadman, Chad Kroeger, Brad Arnold, Vince Gill, and Carlos Santana.
