From singers to actresses to reality stars, these beauties haven’t been afraid about being honest with their fans.

Although some nose jobs leave a slight difference, there are many that leave a bigger difference that’s way more noticeable, sometimes even causing the person to be unrecognizable. Some welcome the drastic change while others have admitted to regretting it.
