The Queens-born, New Jersey-raised beauty started modeling by sending photos to an American Apparel open casting call. She went on to work with brands like Adidas, H&M, Missguided, and more. Then she began a few hosting gigs before getting part on ‘Divorce’. Her breakout role was in 2019 as Kat on HBO’s ‘Euphoria’. In 2020 Barbie made her film debut with ‘Unpregnant’.

Through it all, she’s proved a true style icon, embracing bold looks and sexy silhouettes on the red carpet and in photoshoots. It seems Barbie knows how to heat things up whatever the occastion.

Here, Barbie Ferreira is radiant during the 2021 Met Gala on Sep. 13. That year’s Costume Institute Benefit celebrated the opening of ‘In America: A Lexicon of Fashion’.
