He takes his three decades of experience in the restaurant, bar, and nightclub business to help give failing bars nationwide one last chance to transform themselves into profitable businesses. Season 8 was filmed in Jon’s hometown of Las Vegas. He focuses his attentions on bars and restaurants severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The show’s 200th episode will air on June 13, 2021. Jon has a long history with bars. His first bar management job was at the legendary Troubadour nightclub in 1978. In addition to his bar management, Jon also worked with the NFL for a number of years.
