Amber starred as Kerry Loudermilk in the FX series Legion. She then went on to play Rosa in Roswell, New Mexico. Her next major project after Prey is the live-action TV adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Amber’s father is David Midthunder. He’s appeared in dozens of TV shows and films over the years, notably Comanche Moon, Longmire, Westworld, and Hostiles. David recently appeared in two episodes of the Yellowstone spinoff 1883. Her mother, Angelique Midthunder, also works in Hollywood as a casting director and stunt actor.

Amber is an enrolled tribal member at the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Indian Reservation, along with her father. She grew up in Sante Fe, New Mexico. David revealed to Cowboys & Indians that he raised Amber and his sons in “traditional Lakota spirituality.” He noted that they have a “deep family love.”
