So many celebrities have found alternate workouts with fun activities to help keep their bodies moving without it feeling like a chore. From yoga, to hiking, to boxing and biking, to surfing, skiing and more, there are plenty of ways to do it.
Selena Gomez is a major lover of pilates and yoga! Even with lower impact moves, these workouts are guaranteed to help you break a sweat. Sel was photographed leaving the pilates studio with her hair slicked back with sweat, and she even had to strip her t-shirt off to cool down after the intense class. Of course, the singer also made sure to keep hydrated with a big bottle of water, and she had her headphones hanging out of one ear so she could listen to music during her workout.
Boxing is another great workout activity — just ask Gigi Hadid! The supermodel showed off her fierce boxing moves during a workout in New York City. With some help from a trainer, she got in some punches and it looked like she totally nailed the intense class. Gigi makes no secret of the fact that she likes to indulge in burgers, fries and other comfort foods, so luckily she has fun workouts like this to stay in shape.
Paddle boarding is no easy feat — but Sofia Richie is kind of a pro! Although paddle boarding looks like an easy water activity, it’s actually quite intense and provides great exercise. Paddle boarding requires major arm work, along with core strength to stay balanced on the board. Sofia loves being on the water, and she wet-suited up for a paddle boarding trip in the ocean.
