London-based skin therapist Nataliya Robinson says that a simple paste of baking soda and Manuka honey will increase blood flow and circulation and diminish the appearance of cellulite.
She told Daily Mail: “Massaging the legs with honey will improve the blood circulation and promote lymphatic flow.”
“The baking soda will naturally exfoliate the skin, whilst the honey will moisturize the skin on the body.”

She continues: “Honey is a natural ingredient that will decongest the skin and reduce the appearance of the cellulite without overloading the body with toxins and chemicals that are found in ordinary skincare.”
Here’s what to do. In the shower, combine one one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of baking soda. Mix together and add a little bit of water. Massage over trouble spots for 2-3 minutes.
Then apply honey straight on areas where cellulite is noticeable and slap skin for about 4 to 7 minutes.

“Just be careful to not overdo it as it can cause broken capillaries if you apply too much pressure,” Nataliya says.
We recommend Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, which actually has a ton of beauty uses — mix equal parts with water to use as a facial and body scrub, or as an exfoliating pedicure. You can even use it as a bath soak — just add 1/2 cup to a warm bath.
Manuka Honey is great to eat or use as a beauty treatment — Kourtney Kardashian is actually a fan of this skincare brand — she loves it!
