Does everyone go dark for fall or is light hair still cool in the fall and winter?
“Not necessarily. It depends on your wardrobe palate, and where you live and the climate. There are ways to stay light by adding depth with lowlights and/or playing with your tones or changing your gloss. I recommend a warmer gloss if you want to go darker in the fall.”
How do you pick a hair shade based on your skin tone and eye color?
“The lighter your eye color, the lighter your hair can be. The rule of thumb is to play it safe by staying in the neutral tonal world. People with pink undertones shouldn’t have too much warm because it will bring out the pink in their skin. While those with olive skin undertones can play up the gold and warm tones!”
How do you make your gorgeous color last?
“Keeping up with your glosses and using the right products is a great way to make your color last. For moisture, use Davines MINU line as well as Shu Uemura Moisture Velvet. For strength, use Olaplex. The stronger the hair, the better the color will look.”
