Day 14 kicks off bright and early at 7am EST with the men’s 50km walk — yes, power walking is an Olympic event now — followed by the women’s 20km walk at 1:20pm EST. But the true highlight of Aug. 19’s track and field events will culminate at 9:35pm EST when the great Usain Bolt, 29, runs the anchor position in the men’s 4×100 relay, which after his two gold medals in the 100m and 200m dashes, pretty much guarantees the Jamaican sprinter his third gold in the games. He’s so exciting to watch and you definitely don’t want to miss a minute of any of the day’s events. CLICK HERE TO WATCH ALL THE DAY 14 TRACK AND FIELD ACTION VIA LIVE STREAM.

Allyson Felix, 30, is hoping for redemption and gold when she races in the women’s 4x100m relay at 9:15pm EST. She’s already the most decorated female track and field star with seven Olympic medals, surpassing the great Jackie Joyner-Kersee after her silver medal finish in the women’s 400m. A win in the relay would give Allyson the most gold medals won by any female T&F Olympian, so you know the team is going to be running their heart out for her to get that achievement. But Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson, 24, will be competing in the same relay and she’s already nabbed gold in the 100m and 200m dashes just like her countrymate Usain, so it should be quite a competition.
Women will go the distance in the 5000m final which starts at 8:40pm. Women will also have their finals in the pole vault while men will finish up the hammer throw on the field.
