After the success of John Tucker Must Die, Jesse was a bonafide heartthrob. He went on to star in the Dallas reboot for three seasons, playing Christopher Ewing. Jesse also made guest appearances on Desperate Housewives as John Rowland, the man who Gabrielle had an affair with! Even after 10 years, Jesse is still SO FREAKING HOT!

*Brittany Snow (Kate)

Brittany, who has literally not aged a day since 2006, has enjoyed massive success after John Tucker Must Die. She starred in Hairspray in 2007 as Amber von Tussle. Then came Pitch Perfect. The aca-awesome movie became an instant classic. The highly-anticipated sequel came out in 2015 and now there’s going to be another sequel.

*Sophia Bush (Beth)

Sophia was right in the middle of One Tree Hill when John Tucker Must Die came out. The show went on to run for nine seasons, and Sophia stayed until the very end. Since One Tree Hill, Sophia has become one of the fierce faces of NBC. She stars on the popular Chicago P.D. and frequently crosses over onto other hit NBC shows like Law & Order: SVU and Chicago Fire.

After John Tucker Must Die, Ashanti continued her acting career. She appeared for 13 episodes on the hit Lifetime show Army Wives. She’s also released 3 albums since 2006 — The Declaration, Braveheart and Chapter VI.

*Arielle Kebbel (Carrie)

Arielle went on to become a fan favorite on The Vampire Diaries, playing Stefan’s BFF Lexi. Fans were shocked when she was killed by Damon in the first season. She also notably played Vanessa Shaw on 90210. She was the ultimate bad girl on the first season of UnREAL and has been cast as Gia Matteo in the upcoming Fifty Shades Freed.

*Penn Badgley (Scott)

Oh, Lonely Boy. After John Tucker Must Die, Penn got his big break on Gossip Girl. He played Dan Humphrey, the guy Serena van der Woodsen fell head over heels with in the first season. Penn was at the center of the Gossip Girl big twist — DAN WAS GOSSIP GIRL THE WHOLE TIME! Since Gossip Girl ended, Penn has had various movie roles but has focused mostly on his music career.

*Jenny McCarthy (Lori)

Jenny was notably named a co-host on The View in 2013. After only one year on the show, Jenny left in 2014. Over the course of 5 years, Jenny guest-starred on Two & A Half Men as Courtney. She got engaged to Donnie Wahlberg in 2014 and married him a few months later. They have their own reality show, Donnie Loves Jenny. Jenny is also the host of her own SiriusXM series called Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy.
