The insider tells us that Joyce feels she knows just how to get to Nia — mother to mother. “She’s the only one who knows ‘Nia speak.’ She knows how to talk to that girl, how to calm her down and how to make the situation make sense for everyone involved. She’s constantly in Nia’s ear, telling her to stop holding royalty hostage. She tells her that just as much as Royalty is with her mother, she needs that same time and attention from her father.” Agreed. Nia needs to allow Chris to parent their daughter, because he’s here to stay!
Chris’ Mother Is Handling The Custody Arrangement Of Royalty

She checks Nia too. And lets her know when she’s out of pocket and demanding too much. They don’t really need a judge to weigh in on their custody battle or child support – just leave all that to Joyce.”
The source added, “Her work speaks for itself. Chris is with Royalty as we speak. But all and all, Chris wouldn’t have been able to see his munchkin if it wasn’t for his mother convincing Nia to allow it and telling Nia, that she’d be there to help chaperone.”
