Let’s start with Emma and Will. After getting teased in school, Emma confronts him, as she thinks he’s responsible for filming them doing freaky things in the sheets. He doesn’t have any answers, at least any he’d like to provide, so Kieran (Amadeus Serafini) takes a stab (no pun intended) at comforting her in the school hallway. When Will talks to Jake, he says that Emma can never find out how the sex tape was leaked. They also discuss continuing Tyler (Max Lloyd-Jones) and Nina’s (Bella Thorne) secret project, but we’ll get to that later. Anyway, while at work one day, Emma hears Brooke (Carlson Young) and Jake talking about a secret they’ve been keeping from her. And when Emma questions Brooke about it, she finds out that she was just a bet to Will when they first started dating freshman year. Because of this, Emma kicks Will to the curb and wastes no time hooking up with Kieran. Seriously — Kieran kisses her against wall after gym class, and Will totally sees it with his own two eyes. Later that night, Kieran takes Emma to the woods, where he teaches her how to shoot a gun and gives her one of her own. All that firepower must have given her a lady boner because they were quickly undressing each other and getting down with their bad selves. Yes, Kieran and Emma had sex.

Elsewhere in Lakewood, Will gets accepted into Duke, but he can’t afford to go. Jake suggests they continue what Tyler and Nina started, which Will seems hesitant about. We soon learn that Tyler and Nina were blackmailing the mayor with a twisted video, which shows him pulling a body out of his car and dragging it into his house. We’re not exactly sure who he’s carrying, as the body’s wrapped in sheets, but when Jake shows Brooke the tape of her dad, she suspects the body might be her mom, who’s been in “rehab.” Jake also seems to be purposely telling Brooke about the video so that her dad, who’s watching them on one of the house’s surveillance cameras, can overhear him tell her that Will has been the one behind all the blackmailing. So why did Jake rat out his buddy? Because earlier in the episode, they tried getting money from the mayor, but Jake, who was wearing a mask, got a little rough and Will said he’d never do it again. Perhaps Jake thought Will would eventually rat him out. Either way, Jake just threw his friend under the bus.

Plus, Noah (John Karna) and Audrey (Bex Taylor-Klaus) do a little digging to try to find out who may have filmed Will and Emma having sex. And what they discover is that when you download a language arts homework assignment from the school’s server, your device automatically becomes susceptible to malware. So they automatically assume that Mr. Branson (Bobby Campo), the HOT language arts teacher, is behind it. Or at the very least, he was Nina’s “innocent pawn.” When they sneak into his classroom to look through his laptop, they discover that Riley (RIP) had access to it. And the plot thickens!

Also worth nothing: the sheriff was demoted and a new detective, whom he has a romantic history with, was brought in to try and solve the series of murders in Lakewood.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you glad Emma dumped Will? Do you like her better with Kieran? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
