Taylor isn’t the first pop star that Calvin has dated. In the past, the ladies man has wooed Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding. And his penchant for beautiful women extends to supermodels, of course. After splitting with Rita, he was seen with the stunning model Aarika Wolk.
2. Calvin isn’t his real name.
Calvin’s real name is Adam! He was born Adam Richard Wiles in the small Scottish town of Dumfries — where he perfected his DJ skills in his bedroom and recorded demos at the young age of 15. His father worked as a biochemist, while his mother was a housewife.
3. Calvin didn’t start out in music right away.
Talk about unglamorous jobs! Calvin knew how to work his way up. When he was 17, he began working in a fish factory and several supermarkets in Scotland so he could save enough money to move to London where he wanted to learn from the world’s best DJs.
4. He’s super successful now.
Calvin holds the world record for most UK Top 10 hits from a studio album. Astonishingly, nine songs from his third album “18 Months” achieved that feat — breaking Michael Jackson’s long-standing record. The “King of Pop” achieved seven from two of his albums, but never nine!
5. He’s an underwear model!
Along with his various residencies in Las Vegas, where Calvin is reported to have inked a 3-year deal with the Hakkasan group worth $10 million, he’s also now an underwear model. The handsome music producer stripped down for Emporio Armani and looked super buff!
