Harry Styles Defending Taylor Swift After New Song ‘Out Of The Woods’
“This new song has put Harry in an awkward position because he’s being forced to defend her! All his friends are making fun of Taylor over this, calling her names like ‘Bunny Boiler’ and ‘Cray Tay,'” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Wow, that’s SO harsh! But we’re happy to report that Harry totally stuck up for his former flame! Our source explained, “Harry doesn’t want to be mean to her, he genuinely feels bad that he hurt her, so now he’s stuck defending her, it’s just awkward.”
Wow, that does sound awkward!
Harry Styles: Why Taylor Swifts New Song ‘Out Of The Woods’ Is Definitely About Him
There are so many clues as to why this song is all about Harry, but the biggest clue of them all is when Taylor sings, “Remember when you hit the brakes too soon, Twenty stitches in a hospital room.”
When she opened up to Rolling Stone about her new album 1989, Taylor spilled about a serious snowmobile accident with one of her ex-boyfriends. She told the mag that her life flashed before her eyes when he lost control and crashed the ride.
She also said that she wasn’t hurt in the incident, before correcting herself and saying, “Not as hurt.” Harry was the one who ended up in the hospital, having to get 20 stitches! Click here to see the pic of Harry bandaged up after the crash.
The snowmobile accident — and Harry’s telltale stitches –happened in December 2012, so it does seem kind of like ancient history. Still, we think it’s sweet that Harry is defending Taylor. But what do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Should Harry defend Taylor, or is it totally cray that she’s still writing about him after all this time? Let us know!
