Poor Angie! The star has finally fallen victim to the dreaded 'powder face' -- when translucent face powder looks clear to the human eye but shows up in the camera flashes. See the pics below! Angelina Jolie is basically perfect, so we were shocked to see her face covered in powder at The Normal Heart screening in New York City on May 12. Next to Brad Pitt, she looked stunning in a black dress, but the powder problem took center stage.

Angelina Jolie’s Powder Problem — Major Makeup Disaster

Angelina and Brad had the crowd going wild as they hit the red carpet at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York. Unfortunately, what they didn’t realize, is that Angie’s powder was visible to the cameras.

The powder was visible on her forehead, jawline and even her chest. How upsetting!

Despite the powder, she looked gorgeous with her hair down and straight. She wore a thick black eyeliner and long lashes to accentuate her stunning eyes.

She kept her famous lips their natural pink color.

The couple looked more in love than ever. In fact, Angie revealed to the June issue of Elle that her relationship with Brad is extremely strong:

“After all these years, we have history — and when you have history with somebody, you’re friends in such a very real, deep way that there’s such a comfort, and an ease, and a deep love that comes from having been through quite a lot together.”

More Face Powder Mishaps

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a celeb with a “powder problem” on the red carpet!

Melissa Joan Hart suffered a similar mishap at the Frozen premiere in November of 2013!

Even Miley Cyrus has fallen victim to this unfortunate malfunction!
