Paul Walker’s Will — Leaves $25 Million To Daughter
Paul’s father, Paul Walker III, was named the executor on the will, TMZ reported, meaning that he will be in charge of administrating the estate.
His father filed the will in court, and petitioned to name Paul’s mother Cheryl the primary guardian of his granddaughter and the guardian of the $25 million that was left to her. In the will, this is what Paul had wanted.
However, Meadow currently lives with her mother, Rebecca Soteroes, so it’s most likely going to cause tension with the family. A court hearing will take place later in the month.
Paul’s Family Won’t Let Rebecca ‘Get Her Hands On All The Money’
It doesn’t come as a huge surprise that Paul’s family wants to look over the money.
“There’s no way Paul’s family will let Rebecca get her hands on all the money,” a source close to the family told Star magazine.”Paul’s family think they should be the financial caretakers. Paul’s parents want to have control of his assets. They think they know best.”
Paul’s girlfriend of seven years, Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, also reportedly feels she should have some of his assets.
