It's nice and all when a couple like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can stun on a red carpet in a gown and a tux, but we don't want to limit ourselves to evening wear. No, the real determining factor in choosing a hottest couple is how good they look when they're stripped down to their swim trunks.

We have some old favorites in this contest. Despite being 44 and 42, respectively, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux still look incredible when they’re vacationing. With Jen rocking skimpy two-pieces and Justin letting that manly six pack get some sun, these two are a great-looking beach couple. It’s no wonder they’re reportedly thinking about getting married in Hawaii.

The first couple of hip-hop, Jay Z and Beyonce, also look pretty great on the beach. Queen Bey always looks amazing in her classic bikinis — she’s the true embodiment of the term, “island beauty.” And Jigga? He doesn’t have a classic sexy body, but he still works with what he’s got.

But with Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles possibly moving towards a relationship, it’s hard to ignore the hottest couple quality coming out of One Direction.

We’ve already talked about how much he love seeing the boys of 1D shirtless, but their girlfriends are just as sexy when shirtless. Kendall’s a freaking swimsuit model, for Pete’s sake! The other girls — Sophia Smith, Eleanor Calder, and Perrie Edwards — also have amazing beach bods.
