I like to mix up my workouts so that I don’t get bored with my exercise routine. To stay limber and toned, I do Pilates and yoga and to keep my weight in check, I run and walk in the park. I also love to bike and take spin classes. WORK IT!
How do you relax and unwind? — Nina in Boise, ID
I lead an active life but I always make time to relax and recharge. One way I unwind is by taking long bubble baths where I light scented candles and listen to mellow music. Spending time with Jacques always relaxes me and we love to sit by the fire and chill after a busy day. A glass of wine at sunset is a fun way to de-stress. BREATHE DEEP, CHEERS!
