On an Aug. 8 trip to New York, she stepped out in size-26 skinny jeans. āIāve been certainly going through a transitional time in my life. And I think anybody who has been through something like what Iām going through ā¦ can definitely relate that your body changes with your emotional state of mind.ā
The change has not been easy, and Jennie has worked hard for her new figure. āWe have so many fruits at our ranch where weāve been living so [we have] been eating healthy.ā Jennie cooks nutritional meals like grilled salmon and chicken with sautĆ©ed spinach or sweet potatoes.
She also works out at Cold Iron Barbell gym three times a week. āWe donāt use machines here,ā co-owner Shannon Stewart tells Us Weekly. āItās all free weights. We like to do circuits: Sheād push over a tractor tire, then do push-ups, then jump rope, do deadlifts and run for a bit.ā
āShe loves how her new body looks and she just feels healthier, which is most important,ā Stewart continues.
