After all of the fun birthday festivities, Kim took to Instagram to recap what an amazing celebration Kanye planned. She revealed that Kanye not only rented out an entire movie theater for Kim and all of her friends and family, but he also asked the guests to dress in their favorite pregnant Kim outfit. But of course, a pregnant Kim look isn’t complete without the bump, so Kanye provided fake ones at the door! Instead of Kim being the only preggo one on her birthday, she had a whole party of pregnant people!

That is just too sweet! (Literally — just look at that cake!) Kim — who is seven months along — has expressed how much she doesn’t enjoy being pregnant, so Kanye’s idea was a perfect way for her to embrace her big belly on her big day. So far, Kourtney Kardashian is the only one to post a pic of the faux bellies on social media, but we can only hope we see more soon!
One person who couldn’t take part in the baby bump bash was Kim’s younger sister Khloe Kardashian, as she is at Lamar Odom‘s side as he is still recovering from a reported drug overdose in Los Angeles. But Khloe still managed to send a sweet shout-out to her sis on Instagram, writing, “Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs. West!!!”
Who knows if Khloe was aware of the “pregnant” party theme Mr. West had planned for his Mrs., but Kanye definitely made the day all about Kim! We love the fake baby bump idea, and it sure sounds like Kim did too!
