Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly rang in the new year in New York City, where they cozied up in Times Square as the ball dropped on December 31. After the 30-year-old singer performed live on New Year’s Eve for the 2021 Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve special, he joined Megan in the crowd for a PDA show like no other. Fans caught the couple celebrating their first New Year’s Eve as a couple with a make-out session and more.

The pair, who went public with their romance in June, touched tongues right in the middle of Times Square. MGK, who donned a bright pink puffer jacket, wrapped his arms around Megan as she looked up at him. The couple appeared to be up close and personal with fans, who were able to snap photos of the intimate moments.

Back in May of 2020, Megan and MGK sparked romance rumors when she appeared as his love interest in the music video for his song “Bloody Valentine.” Not long after the video’s release, they were spotted on their first public outing at a Los Angeles bar on June 15. The actress and singer were photographed kissing and holding hands while standing outside of the establishment, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.

Not long after they got together, MGK revealed it was love at first sight when he met Megan — who’s even said that the two are “twin flames,” a.k.a, soulmates. On November 22, they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2020 American Music Awards, where Megan introduced MGK’s performance by saying, “Once in a lifetime, magic can happen. But this next performer, we’ve all been under his spell since his debut in 2012.”

Megan previously gushed about her new boyfriend in a November 17 interview, in which explained the couple’s connection of “mythic proportions.”

“Loving him is like being in love with a tsunami or a forest fire,” Megan explained while laughing to NYLON in a cover story centered around MGK (née Richard Colson Baker). “The intensity of merging with him is just overwhelming, and the threat it poses is so powerful but so beautiful that you have no choice to surrender with reverence and with gratitude,” she said.
