Jasmine Sanders looks absolutely amazing on the 2020 cover of Sports Illustrated, and that wasn’t without a ton of hard work and dedication in the gym and in the kitchen. During the holidays, between holiday parties, Christmas feasts, New Years celebrations, and endless desserts and drinks, it’s easy to fall off track from your health and wellness goals. The Golden Barbie shared her health tips with HollywoodLife.com in an EXCLUSIVE interview to help stave off those extra holiday 5 pounds!

“Adding juicing to my diet has helped a lot with how I feel, how my skin looks, and getting my body to my healthy place. I stay pretty consistent with my diet throughout the holiday season, as well,” Jasmine explained. “When I’m not feeling as motivated, I look to those doing live workouts online because I’m always up for learning new and creative at home workouts.”

She also dished on her at-home workouts, which differ whether she’s in Miami or LA! “When I’m home in LA, I like to work out in my home gym. I do 30 minutes on the Stairmaster fasted cardio every morning followed by long walks with my dogs,” the model said. “When I’m home in Miami, I’m at the gym everyday with Anthony [Rhoades]. I prefer to follow his lead in the gym! If I’m able to make it to South Carolina for the Holidays, then I like to take long walks and jogs with my dad when I’m not in the gym.” She added, “I like fast and fun cardio that gets your heart pumping, followed with some lunges, squats, jumping jacks, and whatever I can think of to break a nice sweat!”

Jasmine’s motivation to kick her own butt in the gym is how she feels after an “amazing workout!” “I feel like I’ve had a productive morning or my day is complete when it ends in the gym,” she said. “I also love seeing my body change from hard work and dedication.”

The top model spoke to HL in partnership with BACARDÍ, which she’s helping launch the first phase of the Conga Feat. ” You campaign and recruit ‘Conga’ fans to join in on the fun and do what moves them. For the first and only official remake of the global hit in 30 years, BACARDÍ is calling on vocalists and dancers from around the world to submit content for a chance to be featured in the final music video and track, alongside artists Leslie Grace, Meek Mill and producer Boi-1da,” she explained. “‘Conga’ is such an iconic song, and the fact that people around the world get the chance to have their dance moves or vocals featured in the official music video and track is really cool.”

Content submission is easy: all you have to do is head over to CongaFeatYou.com from your phone, then select DANCE or VOCALS, and record yourself following along to a karaoke-style lyric video or a choreography tutorial with Leslie Grace. Go submit your moves and vocals now at CongaFeatYou.com and keep an eye out for my cameo in the final music video once it drops in January before the 2021 GRAMMYs!
