Hilary Duff has an eight-year-old son Luca Comrie from her first marriage to Mike Comrie, and two-year-old daughter Banks Bair with husband Matthew Koma. So baby number three is going to be the tiebreaker for the Younger star. The pregnant 33-year-old shared a gorgeous selfie of her bare growing belly to her Instagram stories on Dec. 9, asking fans “What are we thinking?” with the option to vote for whether she’s having a boy or girl. After eight hours of voting, her fans were split right down the middle, with 49 percent guessing she’s carrying a son, while 51 percent believe she’s having another daughter.
It’s unclear if Hilary is going to give fans the answer to the question of her baby’s gender, but her pregnancy sure is coming along nicely. The actress took the mirror selfie in her living room while holding up her sweatshirt to show off her beautiful bare bump, and rolling down the top of her sweatpants for a full view. Hilary looked stunning with no makeup on, and her home appeared festive with the edge of her pretty decorated Christmas tree in the side of the shot.
She appears to be well into her second trimester, after she and Matthew made joint announcements on Oct. 25 that they are expecting their second child. In a short Instagram boomerang video, the DJ and record producer could be seen sweetly rubbing her growing baby bump over a gray shirt as both smiled at the camera. “We are growing!!! Mostly me…” Hilary wrote in her caption, while Matthew said in his IG announcement post, “Lol quarantine was fun.”
Hilary gave fans another look at her bare pregnant belly in another IG stories mirror selfie. She wore a grey sports bra and rolled down the top of her tan sweats, while standing at a side angle to really show how much her baby belly has grown. At first she seemed to be missing her old body, sharing a photo of her cooking pasta in a tight tank crop top while her ripped abs were showing. “Would I be lying if I told you I didn’t miss this body,” she wrote on the photo about her super fit pre-pregnancy figure.
“Particularly this one,” she wrote over another selfie while wearing a tight orange one-piece swimsuit. Then over the new bare bump selfie she wrote, “But this one is working hard and doing pretty cool things for our little/big family, and I’m super grateful and excited about that.”
Hilary has continued shooting seven of her TV Land show Younger during her pregnancy, albeit using heavy coats and loose outfits to camouflage her growing bump. The rest of her IG stories following her baby bump shots showed her waiting around on set for filming to begin, and walking through a dreary NYC hailstorm to shoot in freezing weather, while wearing a long puffy jacket. Fortunately she had an assistant carrying an umbrella to keep the frozen pellets off the mama to be.
