“Scott realizes what a monumental problem he has been for his family, so he’s doing everything he can to make it better,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He also realizes that Kourtney and the kids are all he has, and he would be absolutely foolish to throw that away for anything or anyone else. In fact, the whole Kardashian family has been there for him during the worst times. He knows that and knows he has a huge debt to pay to them.”
Scott was spied with Kourtney on Nov. 13 at a book party in Malibu for pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. Scott has struggled to get his act together after Kourtney dumped him in July 2015, and Scott’s finally beginning to realize it would be a mistake to ditch his family forever. “He’s missed his family dynamic, the kids and just wants to be a part of all of that again,” our source continues.
It’s true that the Kardashian family has done everything they can for Scott, taking him in when his parents died 3 months apart in 2013 and treating him like they were one of his own. It would be a shame for him to throw that away.
Meanwhile, as HollywoodLife.com previously told you, Kourtney WOULD take Scott back, but only if he proposes to her, according to our well-placed insider. She really wants the father of her three children to “be responsible and ready for marriage.”
“Scott has an amazing chance to get Kourtney back because she wants it to happen,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. “If rehab did anything for him that he says it did, she wants to see him step up and be an amazing father and she wants Scott to lose some of his loser friends and put a ring on it.”
