Green with envy over Jenny McCarthy’s figure? The comedienne looks so fierce she even convinced the makers of Wii to create a game called “Your Shape”, ($69.99 at inspired by the blonde. We prevailed on the mom of 7 year-old son, Evan , to fess up about how she keeps her 37 year-old figure in such impressive condition.

Jenny’s number one tip? Consistency. “I don’t skip a day, so to speak,” Jenny told exclusively. “My workout is five days a week. I rotate between yoga and running.”

Running might be one of our most dreaded activities, but Jenny swears it’s what keeps the lbs off. “I run whatever 45 minutes is. On the days I’m feeling pumpin’ I might run four miles. On the days I’m not, it might be three-point-five with no incline.”

Jim Carey’s main squeeze also stressed the importance of being aware of what you put in your mouth. “No one is perfect, myself included,” Jenny admitted. “But if you’re going to put the extra calories in, you’re going to have to burn the extra calories out.”

Yes, that would be correct Jenny. Sad but true!
