Amber has requested Jonny pay spousal support to the tune of $50,000 a month, plus her legal costs, according to documents obtained by the Daily Mail. These documents also state that Amber makes about $120,000 a year from “business interests” before she gets any money for film work.
If asking for about $600,000 a year wasn’t shocking enough, the documents show that Amber spends about $44,000 a month on “basic expenses” when she only makes about $10,000 per month. Amber’s expenses include $10k on rent, $10k on “entertainment, gifts and vacations,” $2,000 on clothes, another $2k on “eating out” and a $300 monthly bill for laundry and dry cleaning. She also spends $10k on miscellaneous expenses, such as publicist and agent fees.
The documents say Amber has $25,000 of savings in the bank, and while she’s making residuals from her roles in such movies like Magic Mike XXL and The Rum Diary (where she first met Johnny,) she has only made $26k this year. Unfortunately, Amber has spent $55k on “professional expenses related to her production company.” After all, Amber is a career-driven woman and, as an insider EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com, she thought her career would “skyrocket” after she married Johnny.
Amber’s demands have raised a few eyebrows from people defending Johnny against her domestic abuse allegations. Doug Stanhope, 49, a comedian friend of Johnny, claims Amber was planning to “lie about [Johnny]” before accusing her of committing “blackmail.” Amber’s lawyers slammed these allegations, saying Doug’s claim “has no basis in reality and is nothing but the typical celebrity muckracking for profit.”
On top of being “shocked” that she’s being accused of blackmailing her husband, Amber is “horrified” that people are calling her a liar over her abuse allegations. Amber even provided more pictures from an alleged 2015 incident where her then-fiancé allegedly beat her. A friend even claimed Johnny attempted to “suffocate” her with a pillow!
