Will plays the key character of Graham Dunne, the lead guitarist of the band and Billy Dunne’s little brother. Graham falls in love with Karen Sirko, the keyboardist in the band.
“This project is a dream come true in so many ways, I can’t even begin to express,” Will wrote on Instagram when his casting for Daisy Jones & The Six was revealed. “For now, I’ll just say that I am feeling so stupid lucky to be a part of it, and I cannot wait for everyone to see this incredible character and story come to life.”
Prior to Daisy Jones & The Six, Will had appeared in an episode of Madam Secretary. He also starred in a number of short films.
2. Will could play the guitar prior to Daisy Jones & The Six.
While his onscreen brother, Sam Claflin, had to learn how to play the guitar, Will was already skilled in the art of guitar playing. “I played guitar before this. Certainly not as well as I can now, thanks to the show. That was an added bonus of getting this job for sure,” he told TODAY.
3. Will is currently in a play in New York.
Will is a cast member in The Coast Starlight, which began previews on February 16 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater in New York City. Because of his play, Will had to miss the Daisy Jones & The Six Los Angeles premiere, but he was able to take part in the New York press.
4. Will grew up in Massachusetts.
Will was born in Ithaca, New York, but his family moved to Hadley, Massachusetts, when he was young, according to The Chautauquan Daily. He went on to graduate from the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama.

Daisy Jones & The Six was Will’s first major audition after drama school. He revealed to TODAY that he auditioned for a few of the roles. While he was auditioning for the role of Eddie, Riley Keough was in the room. Riley, who plays Daisy Jones, knew from the moment she met Will that he was the perfect Graham Dunne. The rest is history!
