Kelly Osbourne, 36, is looking better than ever! The former reality star was seen strolling in the ritzy Beverly Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday, Jan. 5 with her best friend Jeff Beacher, 47 — see the pics here. Kelly rocked a fitted pair of black capri leggings showing off her 90 Lb. weight loss, along with a tight black top and trendy bomber jacket. Jeff has also dropped a dramatic amount of weight: he previously weight 400 Lbs. but has since dropped 250.
Kelly kept her lavender colored hair up into a messy bun with a winter-approved pair of ear muffs, matching her locks to a pair of purple Nike sneakers. She also wore a bold, black pair of eye glasses for the low key outing. Kelly and Jeff — who is best known for hosting and producing the popular Beacher’s Madhouse live theatre series — both rocked protective face masks for the outdoor activity.
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne‘s daughter has previously been open and honest about her dramatic weight loss, confirming she had gastric sleeve surgery “two years ago” to get her results. “I had surgery. I don’t give a f— what anyone has to say,” she said in August on the Hollywood Raw podcast. “I did it, I’m proud of it, they can suck s—. I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done,” she said. Most recently, Kelly showed off her trimmed down figure while hosting Fox’s New Year’s Eve special.
Kelly did warn listeners, however, that the surgery — which removes part of your stomach — isn’t an easy fix. “The kind of surgery I had… if you don’t work out and you don’t eat right, you gain weight,” she explained, noting that she sticks to a strict vegan diet and exercise routine. “All it does is move you in the right direction… So, anyone who’s thinking of doing something like this, really think about that,” the Australia’s Got Talent judge added.
The 36-year-old had to commit to a year of “stand alone therapy” before getting the procedure, which was a year into her sobriety. “What people don’t realize is, it cuts out this hormone that if you have addiction issues, it stops your cravings and it makes you not emotionally eat, which is a huge problem for me,” she also said at the time. “All it is, is a push in the right direction. It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix.”
