1. Her name isn’t as difficult to pronounce as it seems
Bo Krsmanovic is Maxim’s April cover girl, and she admitted to the magazine that “nobody knows how to pronounce” her last name, which she finds “a little bit annoying.” Luckily, she provided a phonetic version to help us all out: “Kras-MAN-o-vich.” Oh and her full first name is actually Bojana!
2. She got her big break modeling for Guess
After growing up in Serbia’s capital, Belgrade, Bo was recruited by Guess. She first worked in Barcelona before relocating to Los Angeles for her modeling career. “Since I was a little girl, 14 or 15, I’d wanted to shoot for Guess,” she told Maxim. “I was looking in the window in shopping centers. I thought I was in a movie [when I got the campaign]. It’s the same in real life.” Bo is now signed to The Lions Model Management.
3. She’s been in the ‘Sports Illustrated’ Swimsuit Issue twice
Bo was chosen as a rookie for Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue in 2016, then appeared in the mag again the following year. She wasn’t scared about showing skin in her sexy photos, even flaunting her nipples through sheer and mesh ensembles in some of the shots! “It’s part of the job,” she shrugged.

4. She’s college educated!
Bo attended the Univerzitet of Dzon Nezbit in Belgrade, and graduated at the end of 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
5. She’s a total tomboy!
Although Bo likes to get dressed up for photo shoots and appears totally girly, she has a boyish side to her, too. “I was a really active kid,” she admitted. “I liked to play football, soccer with boys. I was hanging out with boys all the time; I was driving a motorcycle at 12, a boy’s motorcycle.”
