Kim Kardashian Could Lose Millions With Kanye West’s Prenup

Kim, who is reportedly worth a mere $40 million, compared to Kanye’s estimated $100 million, stands to only make $1 million for every year she and Kanye are married, in the event of a divorce. This really doesn’t make too much sense, given how much money Kanye is worth, Vikki tells us.

I like that Kim is getting money for every year of marriage in lieu of alimony but I would like to see her get $2 million per year, capped at 20 years. They are young and by only accepting $10 million, she could lose out on a great deal of money if married for more! No one knows how long a marriage will last, so why limit yourself to 10 years? Prenups can be revised several times until filly executed before the marriage takes place!

We totally agree with Vikki, Kim should take Kanye for a substantial amount more if they divorce, especially since she’s the mother of his daughter!

The details of the alleged prenup were first reported by RadarOnline.com, and Kanye reportedly is very happy with the terms.

Kim will also get to keep any and all gifts given to her by the rapper, and their Bel Air mansion will be in her name.

Plus, Kim is listed as the beneficiary of one of Kanye’s life insurance policies valued at $20 million.

This sounds nice but if it caps off at $10 million, and they’re married for 30 years, it doesn’t seem fair!

HollywoodLifers, should Kim sign Kanye’s reported prenup?
