1. Theo is a former model, and a photographer for Rolling Stone magazine. He has photographed such stars as Robert Pattinson, Ke$ha, MGMT, and Corinne Bailey Rae — and of course, Miley.

2. Theo is no stranger to dating beautiful women. He also went out with gorgeous actress and model Liv Tyler, 36, in 2011.

3. Theo took photos of Liv for the 2011 spring/summer issue of the French fashion magazine Purple. It’s unclear if that’s how he first met her, but if that’s the case, it sounds like Theo has a habit of falling for his subjects — first Liv, now Miley!

4. Theo’s father, Jann Wenner, is the owner and chief editor of Rolling Stone, where Theo got his start as an intern. His mother and father famously divorced in 1995, when Jann came out as gay and started a relationship with fashion designer Matt Nye.

5. Miley may have a bad boy on her hands! “Theo is a young, hip and rich socialite,” a source tells Radar Online. The site refers to him as a “New York playboy.”
