As Breast Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, with the help of WWE Superstar John Cena and the the WWE Universe an amazing $1 million dollars has been raised for Susan G. Komen for the Cure! Simply amazing!
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cena wore co-branded, pink and black ring gear that fans were able to purchase throughout October to support Susan G. Komen, the world’s largest nonprofit funder of breast cancer research and community outreach programs. One hundred percent of WWE’s profits from the Cena merchandise were donated to Susan G. Komen.
WWE has partnered with Susan G. Komen for the Cure alongside WWE Superstar John Cena in offering the WWE Universe’s fans a way to get Special Edition pink and black ring gear in honor of breast cancer awareness! Kudos go out to WWE for their support for such a great and worthy cause!

Komen’s president and founder has apologized for the decision to pull support from Planned Parenthood.
The Susan G. Komen Foundation will still donate to Planned Parenthood, the foundation announced on Feb. 3, despite having just cut off support to the organization.
