Watch Drew’s performance with Justin & find out what she did to keep him next to her on stage.
Drew Ryniewicz had the time of her life performing with Justin Bieber on the Dec. 22 finale of The X Factor. In fact, she told HollywoodLife.com that she purposely flubbed her lines during rehearsal just to spend more time with the Biebs on stage!
So was Selena quietly watching her boyfriend’s stellar ‘X Factor finale performance with eliminated contestant Drew Ryniewicz, who admits she’s a HUGE Justin Bieber fan? Here’s what Drew said.
No one likes to see little kids cry — not even Simon Cowell. But ‘The X Factor’ has literally been an adorable sob-fest for the past two weeks.
America fell in love with best friends Rachel Crow and Drew Ryniewicz on The X Factor — just not enough to keep them in the competition. During the past two weeks, we’ve watched both 14-year-olds sing their swan songs (and cry their eyes out) as they made their dramatic exit from the competition. But which of their dismissals made you reach for the tissues more?
Rachel opens up about missing her bestie Drew. Find out what reduced the ‘X Factor’ finalist to tears!
Drew Ryniewicz may have been eliminated from The X Factor last week, but she’s still very present in the heart of fellow finalist Rachel Crow. “I miss her, but I actually dedicated my first song [‘Nothin’ On You’] to her,” Rachel told reporters after the show’s Dec. 7 taping. “She had done it, but they didn’t put it on camera yet. … I wore my friendship bracelet on my mic’s hand and I told her to make sure she watched.”
From one teen prodigy to another, Justin tells Drew to ‘never say never.’ Was she the wrong person voted off?
She was adorable. She was talented. But unfortunately, she didn’t have that “x factor.” Everyone was shocked when 14-year-old Drew Ryniewicz was eliminated on the Dec. 1 episode of The X Factor — including fellow teen phenom Justin Bieber. “Keep your head up,” Justin tweeted at Drew following her elimination. “I lost my first competition too. This is just the beginning for u. Never say never. Best Wishes.”
Only four contestants from each group will go through to live performances — who do YOU think will make it?
The X Factor is continuing to become my new favorite vocal reality show on TV. On the Oct. 13 episode (which was delayed a night due to baseball), the four groups of contestants — the over 30s, the girls, the guys and the groups — all traveled around the world and met their mentors and guest judges. The girls freaked out when they realized Simon Cowell was their mentor in France. The over 30s didn’t seem thrilled to be placed with Nicole Scherzinger, but their eyes certainly lit up when Enrique Iglesias walked out the door as the guest judge. The groups with Paula Abdul were guest judged by Pharrell Williams; the boys got Rihanna (lucky!!) and the girls were supposed to have Mariah Carrey, but she couldn’t make it because of a hurricane. (Buzz kill!)
