“My sister Kourtney had her third baby recently and she is on a workout kick to get her body back,” Kylie told the New York Times. “She lives up the street, so I’ll join her for a trainer session sometimes.”

The 18-year-old previously revealed that she decided to cut dairy out of her diet to help with weight loss, which she also dished on in the interview. “I also started going to this nutritionist because I was having a bad reaction to dairy,” she explained. “I feel like it made me gain a lot of weight. I’ve not cut out dairy, and it’s helping me get back in shape. Every time I get hungry for a snack during the day, I like to have Justin’s Almond Butter packets. It’s easy.”
Kourtney actually had her third baby, Reign, in December, but it wasn’t until she broke up with Scott Disick, 32, in July that she really started flaunting her amazing new body. The hot mama of three has been flaunting her new bod in bathing suits, revealing outfits and workout pics from the gym, and she’s actually admitted that Khloe is the one who helped keep her going throughout the process. “#mondaymotivation,” she captioned a photo of Khloe’s amazing Complex magazine shoot.
