In 2015, they had a son named Tatum, followed by a second son, River, in 2017.

In 2018, Dustin and Paulina were the subject of split rumors after she deleted his pictures off her Instagram page, and various reports surfaced that the two had broken up. However, after just a few weeks, the two shut down the rumors when they were spotted together once again. As of 2020, they still have not tied the knot.
