The Office is getting a new office of sorts in 2021. All 9 seasons of the hit comedy series will be leaving Netflix on January 1, 2021. If you’re a fan of the beloved Dunder Mifflin employees, you’re probably wondering where you can watch the show in 2021. Have no fear, The Office is going to Peacock!
Peacock is NBCUniversal’s streaming service that launched in April 2020. Watching The Office in 2021 is going to be just as easy as it was when it was on Netflix. All you need is a Peacock subscription. You can watch all 9 seasons of The Office with ads for just $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year via Peacock Premium.
However, you can watch The Office commercial-free with Peacock Premium Plus paying just $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Both of these premium options offer a 7-day free trial. But that’s not all. Peacock is adding some extra Office love by adding “Superfan Episodes,” which include never-before-seen footage and deleted scenes in extended cuts of the original series, starting with season 3, with more coming in March. The first two seasons of the Steve Carell comedy series are available for free on Peacock. But to watch the series in its entirety, you will need Peacock Premium and Peacock Premium Plus. Shows like Cheers, Friday Night Lights, Yellowstone, all of One Chicago, and more are also available on Peacock.
Behind-the-scenes footage will be shared in addition to episodic content. This includes bloopers, featurettes, and interviews. On Peacock, there will also be curated themed episode collections, such as the best of the Scranton branch holiday parties and favorite appearances by guest visitors – all arranged for easy viewing.
To top it all off, there will be a range of clip playlists to chronicle pranks, best office romances, and office words of wisdom. If you’re a superfan of The Office, Peacock will also have The Office Zen for you, a 24/7 channel of ambient noise devoted to the sights and sounds of the office for anyone working at home. The show may have ended in 2013, but the show is just as popular today as it was back then.
