Megan Fox Is ‘Really Happy’ With New Ink Dedicated To Machine Gun Kelly, Her Tattoo Artist Reveals
Megan Fox's tattoo artist said it was 'nice working with her' when she gave her the new eye-catching Machine Gun Kelly-related ink she showed off at the 2020 AMAs, in an EXCLUSIVE interview with HL.
Megan Fox, 34, chose the style of her new tattoo in honor of boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, 30, carefully when working with tattoo artist Zuh Cordero, and she was “really happy” with the way it turned out. The actress debuted the tattoo, which is located on her collarbone, when she stepped out with the rapper at the 2020 American Music Awards on Nov. 22, and it read “el pistolero,” which translates to “the gunman”. Cordero, who has also worked on tattoos for MGK, EXCLUSIVELY spoke with us about how the process went with Megan when she turned to her for the new ink.
“Well, it was nice working with her,” she EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife. “Of course, at first, I was anxious about what I was going to work, but all worked out fine. I showed her different letterings options, picked the one and altered a bit between spacing; She was really happy with the result.”

Although Megan kept her tattoo under wraps until her red carpet debut with MGK, Cordero was excited to see her work get everyone’s attention when the brunette beauty showed it off while wearing her gorgeous green off-the-shoulder Azzi & Osta outfit. “I was waiting and excited to see her surprise everyone on the carpet, flashing her new tattoo,” Cordero shared.
Megan’s tattoo debut comes just four months after Cordero posted an Instagram video of MGK getting a tattoo from her on his upper thigh. His supportive girlfriend, who can also be seen at one point in the clip, was there to join him as he sat down comfortably and let Cordero put her talent to use. “Agradecida • Thank you @machinegunkelly , @meganfox & @lalakent for the approach on being able to create something special for you guys. ⚔️,” Cordero captioned the post.

Megan’s new tattoo is just one of many ways she and MGK have shared their devotion for each other. The lovebirds have been open about their feelings for each other and the important ways they’ve been a part of each other’s lives several times since their romance started earlier this year, including MGK’s recent interview with Interview magazine. He admitted that his new lady love has helped him to stay clean during his struggles with drugs.
“When you have a partner sitting there with you on those dark nights when you’re sweating and not being able to figure out why you’re so in your head, to help you get out of your head and put it in perspective, that really, really helps,” he told the outlet.
