Chris Lopez: 5 Things To Know About Kailyn Lowry’s Baby Daddy

Kailyn Lowry, 25, finally dropped the bomb and revealed her ex Chris Lopez is the father of her unborn third baby. The Teen Mom 2 star announced she was pregnant in February, but refused to say who the father was. Fans could just not stop speculating so Kailyn confirmed Chris’s paternity in a tweet that said, “Ancestry DNA & yeah he is… stop with the headlines already,” on May 2.

1. Chris reacted to Kailyn’s announcement with a sense of humor. 

“Did I miss something😂🤔,” Chris wrote a tweet on May 2 after Kailyn shared the news from her account. He followed up in second tweet, “I’m so lost😂.” Both of those posts were later deleted. He then shared a GIF of Jensen Ackles‘ character on the TV program Supernatural looking super confused at a laptop before shutting it. We’re not entirely sure what this means. Chris could be joking or actually be in the dark about what Kailyn said?

2. He’s super private. 

Chris has not shared any photos of himself on social media or even posed for pics with Kailyn! His profile picture on his reported Twitter account is just of him walking away from the camera. Chris has proven he likes to keep things on the down low. One fan speculated that Chris was even on an episode of Teen Mom 2, but had his face blurred out. “I believe Chris Lopez is the one wen he was on teen mom 2 and they blocked out his face.. in ep wen Issac’s dad met up with them outside,”one user replied to Kailyn’s announcement.

3. Chris has been cheering on the Cleveland Cavliers in the NBA playoffs.

He may have not shared a lot of personal details about himself on social media, but Chris could never hide his love for the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has been tweeting about every game as the team has continued to advance through the NBA playoffs and into the semifinals!

4. Kailyn has been hinting he’s the father. 

She shared an Instagram with the caption, “Happy bump day from Baby Lo & me.” Many theorized that “Baby Lo” could be a nickname for Chris’s last name Lopez. Chris tweeted “To my miracle child, I’m so sorry,” in January, which would have been around the time Kailyn found out she was expecting, but he has since deleted the tweet.

5. He’s definitely a major TV watcher. 

Chris shared two GIFs from the show The Office after his Supernatural post following when Kailyn sharing the baby news on Twitter. He posted a GIF of Steve Carell as Michael Scott sharing a knowing look with the camera before seeming to laugh and a second GIF of Brian Baumgartner’s Kevin Malone character full-on giggling.
