Melania Trump, 46, came to the aid of her husband, Donald Trump, 70, on Oct. 17, when she gave her first interview since an Access Hollywood hot mic tape was leaked that revealed the Republican presidential nominee making some seriously disturbing comments about women back in 2005. “We are moving on,” Melania told Fox News‘ Ainsley Earhardt. Well, alright then Melania. But, by moving on she seems to mean that the media needs to move on to talking about Democratic presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton‘s spouse, Bill Clinton, and his sexual past.
“They’re asking for it. They started,” the could be first lady said in the interview, which will air in full on Oct. 18 on Fox & Friends. “They started from the beginning of the campaign putting my picture from modeling days,” Melania said, alluding to the fact that Hillary’s campaign had something to do with the naked pics of her from the 1990s that were published by the New York Post earlier this year. “That was my modeling days and I’m proud what I did. I worked very hard. So of course, coming after Bill is “justified.” CLICK HERE TO SEE MELANIA’S INTERVIEW.

As for what her husband said on the tape? “Those words, they were offensive to me and they were inappropriate. And [Donald] apologized to me. And I expect — I accept his apology. And we are moving on.” As a reminder, to anyone who has somehow forgotten, the offensive comments included Donald saying that he likes to grab women “by the p***y” and that they let him do it because he is famous. He also revealed he tried to sleep with a married Nancy O’Dell, who rejected him. Melania may be able to forgive, but we aren’t sure if the world will forget.
