Hailey Baldwin is bringing the ’90s back in the best way ever! The 19-year-old chopped her long blonde locks into a layered lob hairstyle made so popular by Friends star Jennifer Aniston that it was dubbed “The Rachel” after her character.

In case you don’t binge watch Friends on Netflix every night like us, Rachel Green’s hair was styled into the shaggy lob from 1994 to 1996, during the first and second season of the series. Not only has it since become one of the most iconic hairstyles ever in television, at the time, it was also every girl’s main source of hair inspo.

Over a decade later, Hailey decided to bring the style back by cutting her hair into a nearly identical layered lob! And, just like Rachel Green, Hailey had her hairstylist, David Lopez, blow her hair out into a smooth and sleek style that showed off her face-framing layers.

Adding a center part (instead of Rachel’s side-swept look) and longer layers at the bottom, we’re kind of obsessed with Hailey’s modern take on “The Rachel.” And while we could never vote against Jen (she did wear the style first, after all), we’ve got to give Hailey points when it comes to color, too. The model’s rooty blonde color is definitely a more natural look than Rachel Green’s streaky blonde highlights.
