Jennifer Aniston’s Exact Diet: How She Stays Thin As ‘People’s’ Most Beautiful

Just in time to work on your bikini body, Jennifer Aniston is sharing her exact diet. From her day-to-day eating habits to her favorite splurges and even her workout routine, find out how the 'People' magazine's Most Beautiful stays in shape. Jennifer Aniston, 47, has one of the most enviable bodies in all of Hollywood, and unsurprisingly, it takes a lot of discipline to get her flat abs and perfectly toned legs. Recently named People magazine's Most Beautiful Woman for 2016, the actress got candid about what it takes to get her body.

When it comes to what she eats (and drinks) each day, Jen is about as healthy as they come. Sharing with the mag that she starts the day with hot lemon water and a coffee with low-fat milk and stevia, Jen opts for a protein shake for breakfast over a traditional meal. “I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drops and chocolate almond milk,” she says, adding, “You can see I like chocolate-flavored. I don’t like protein taste.”

For her morning snack, Jen has a hard-boiled egg, and her lunch consists of a healthy protein like ahi tuna with a salad. If she gets hungry later in the day, Jen snacks on string cheese or a cup of soup, and dinner is another healthy option like roast chicken with spiralized zucchini. “Justin and I make pasta carbonara every couple of weeks,” Jen says of one of her favorite cheat meals, also sharing that she’s a fan of taco Tuesday. Drinking water all day as well as iced green mint tea which she always has in the fridge, and daily omega and vitamin C supplements are also part of her routine.

Because she eats so healthily, Jen doesn’t have to spend all day in the gym, sharing that she typically works out for an hour each day “and I usually take Sundays off.” Sticking with workouts like spin and yoga, Jen also said that she and husband Justin Theroux will often work out together. “That’s what motivates me, working out with a friend or Justin,” she said. “Group girlfriend workouts are always fun.”

Of course, it’s not just her diet and workout that Jen is regimented about, but her hair and skin routine, too.
