![Since DaniLeigh has been arrested for alleged DUI hit and run in Miami Beach. The 28-year-old, who is rapper DaBaby's ex and mother to one of his children, was detained after allegedly hitting a person on a scooter while over the drink-drive limit. She posed for this mugshot after being arrested early Tuesday morning. According to reports, a police report claims several witnesses saw the entertainer speeding and swerving between lanes before striking a person riding a motorized scooter, and dragging the moped for about a block. One bystander reportedly flagged down a nearby police officer, who then initiated a stop. Police described Dani as smelling of alcohol and they conducted field sobriety tests, which she failed, and later took a breathalyzer. Dani was booked on three felony charges - driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. Orlando, who played Eddie Thomas on That’s So Raven, and his girlfriend were reportedly driving in Torrance, California sometime in January when they got into an argument, according to TMZ. They pulled into a police station parking lot and law enforcement sources tell TMZ that a cop using a nearby ATM saw Orlando allegedly strike his girlfriend!
Uh-oh. Orlando must have known he screwed up, because when the police attempted to arrest him, he first refused to leave his car, according to TMZ sources. The cops were finally able to get him into jail, but that wasn’t the end of Orlando’s troubles. When the authorities searched him, they reportedly discovered Orlando was carrying methamphetamine! He was then charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, obstruction of justice and two felony charges — drug possession with the intent to sell and for having contraband (aka the meth) while in jail!
Thankfully, the authorities say that Orlando’s girlfriend was not seriously hurt. But Orlando’s in for a world of hurt if he’s found guilty. Just possessing the ingredients used to manufacture meth could result in a jail sentence of two, four or six years, according to FindLaw.com.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the only time Orlando has run in with the law. In 2014, he reportedly showed up at a woman’s Hollywood apartment and allegedly threatened to kill her, according to the International Business Times. He was charged with two counts – one of disturbing the peace and another of public intoxication.
Plus, he was arrested in 2007 for marijuana possession and once again in 2011 for driving under the influence. In 2012, Orlando was arrested twice – first for not completing his probation and second for failing to appear in court. If that wasn’t enough, Orlando was busted — once again — for a DUI in 2013, according to MTV. Driving drunk and doing drugs? That’s so not Raven.
