Hunter was beyond excited to be a father. Months before his horrible accident, Hunter posted on his Facebook, “My beautiful fiancé is amazing and I love her to death she’s a great mother and that is my boy right here he’s amazing also I love him to death these two people I swear make my world go around each day there what keep me going.”
Hunter is the youngest of Eddie’s kids with ex-wife Tracy. Eddie has four children — Kevin,Brooke, Candace and Hunter. Hunter had big plans for his family. He recently became engaged to his girlfriend in Aug. 2014 after proposing during one of his dad’s concerts. Then, less than a year later, the pair welcomed their little boy, Bennett.
Details Surrounding Hunter’s Untimely Death
The Montgomery family have not released the details of the accident that led to his death. We do know that he had been on life support at a hospital in Kentucky since Sept. 24, according to a post on Eddie’s band’s page. The statement stated by Eddie read, “My son Hunter went to heaven today. I appreciate all your prayers and love and thank you for giving us privacy as we grieve and say goodbye.”
